  • All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds.
  • Professional use only. Results depend entirely on the installer — Topcret USA warrants no outcome, and a result you produce is not grounds for a refund, chargeback or dispute.
  • Delivered or used products are not eligible for chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Shipping via UPS / FedEx / DHL. Risk passes at hand-off to the carrier. Inspect your package on delivery; if it arrives damaged, refuse it and email info@topcretusa.com within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.
