Good questions.
How do I reserve a seat?
Submit the application. We reply within 48 hours. Once you're approved, we send an invoice for a $500 deposit, due within 72 hours. Paying it on time reserves your seat at the price on your invoice.
How is my price tier set?
By the date we receive your application, not the date we approve it. Applications received through November 30, 2026, 11:59 pm Pacific Time get Early pricing, even if we approve them after that date. Founding pricing goes to the first 5 paid seats. In every case, your price is held only if you pay the deposit within 72 hours of receiving the invoice.
When is the balance due?
By January 5, 2027. You can also pay the full amount at once. If we approve your application less than 72 hours before January 5, the full price is due by that date.
What happens if I don't pay the balance?
Your seat is released and your $500 deposit becomes a credit for another edition of the course or for Topcret products, usable within 12 months. The credit is non-refundable.
What is the Travel Credit?
A $200 discount on the course price for companies with a business address outside California. Upload proof with your application: a current state business registration or contractor license, or an out-of-state driver's license for sole proprietors without a registered business. It's a discount, not a travel reimbursement, and it can be combined with team pricing.
Is there a team price?
Yes. Three or more people from the same company, on one invoice, get 10% off Regular pricing ($2,250 each), or each participant's tier if it's lower.
What if the course doesn't run?
We confirm the course in writing no later than January 7, 2027. If it doesn't run, we refund 100% of what you paid, deposit included, within 5 business days, to your original payment method. If you prefer, you can ask us in writing to move your payment to another edition.
When should I book my flight and hotel?
Only after you receive our written confirmation, no later than January 7, 2027. Travel and lodging are booked and paid by you; we can't cover those costs if the course doesn't run.
What if I can't attend?
Payments are non-refundable, except if the course doesn't run. You can send someone else from your team, move to another edition within 12 months (once), or take a 100% product credit with more than 14 days' notice before the course.

Professionals in construction and decorative finishes, 18 or older. Every enrollment starts with an application.
Will I be certified?
You'll receive a Certificate of Attendance. It confirms that you attended the course. It is not a certification of skill, a license or an authorization to use the Topcret trademarks.
Is it safe?
It's hands-on training with tools and cement-based products. We provide protective equipment, and Safety Data Sheets are available at the course. Please wear closed-toe work shoes and long pants.
Will I appear in photos?
We take photos and video to share our training. You can tell us on your application or at check-in that you prefer not to appear.
